Happenstance FGC is back to stream more exciting fighting games action in the latest installment of online league play. This time it is the King of Fighters 2000. Fans of fighting games are in for a treat with this edition. This game is the seventh installment of the King of Fighters series. The game was very well received for improvements SNK brought to the franchise.
League Play is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:30 Central Time

League Director Luciano Chapa has recruited some high level players for this fourth installment of Happenstance FGC. The top players to watch out for include a couple of former champions in Master Kim (Champion of Second League) and Wpme|Texuma (Champion of Third League). Other players to keep an eye on include TST|lorigordo (2nd place in the Third League), HN-TST|Rolandub, and TST|Charly

Match Results
TST|Charly defeats TST|Gera 5 games to 1
This match saw TST|Charly take a 3-0 lead thanks to his solid play and use of K’. The fifth game was a mirror match scenario with TST|Gera taking the match by utilizing the Ultra Argentine Back Breaker. With the score 3-1, TST|Charly took Kyo as lead character and closed with K’ to take the score to 4-1. In the last game, TST|Gera twice had a one character lead, but TST|Charly utilized Kyo to great effect and completed the comeback to take the match 5-1.
TST|Charly defeats TST|Afro 5 games to 3
This match started off with TST|Afro encountering some problems against TST|Charly’s use of K’. Down a deficit of two characters, he was able to make the comeback with Takuma and win the first game. TST|Charly tied the score 1-1 with Vanessa and taking a close game. TST|Charly took the next game in a close fight as he closed out the game with Iori. The next game was close at the beginning but TST|Charly unleashed an 8 hit combo of near 66% to make the score 3-1. With solid play using King and Takuma, TST|Afro took the next game to set the score to 3-2. TST|Charly made smart adjustments and using Iori got out to a big lead before using Vanessa to finish the game and take a 4-2 lead. In the next game, saw TST|Afro overcome a 2 character to 1 deficit and making the score 4-3. In the last game, Charly used an effective Kyo to take the victory by score of 5-3.
